Job Description

Culture & People Development Executive- Spider is advertising on behalf of our client whois a leading supplier of composite products for flooring, structures, and façades, ideal for industrial, rail, marine, landscaping, and architectural applications with over 24 years’ experience. They are looking for a Culture & People Development Executive to join our team based in Clacton on Sea, Essex, on a full-time permanent basis.As Culture & People Development Executive, you will be part of the team responsible for following and delivering tasks and activities using our department strategy: Recruit, Align, Learn, Develop and Reward.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Using appropriate systems and HR tools, deliver consistent, cohesive help, support and approach using appropriate methods and resources for departmental activities:

  • Accurate & timely delivery of monthly payroll to agreed timetable.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks in relation to all new company lease vehicles, Car Insurance Admin, Ad Hoc support for maintenance, repairs, accident damage admin, corporate car policy sign offs, Dashcam fitting & removing, Off hiring off, TFL & Dart Account notifications.
  • The ideal candidate will have the following skills & competencies:
  • Can keep confidential information confidential
  • UK employment law knowledge and practical HR experience
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Listening, Talking, Non-Verbal, Written, Visual, and Emotional Control
  • Knowledge of Sage Payroll, Peoples Pension, Sage 200 Accounting
  • Experienced/ superuser of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • , U-Attend, E-Days, Wellspace
  • Someone who loves to smile, with a happy disposition, who can infect others with their positive energy and attitude towards life.
  • Someone who loves going that extra mile to make someone else’s day.
  • Committed and wants to be part of a team that makes a difference.

  • Ideally 2/3years’ experience in a HR department, where delivering top class, confidential personalise service within a fast-paced environment as a priority.
  • An organised and driven individual who can manage multiple stakeholders needs, dept. initiatives and developments at one time.
  • This is a full-time permanent role with office hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. In return they are offering a competitive salary of £20,000 - £24,000 (depending on level of experience) 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays with option to purchase up to 5 additional days holiday (5 days to be taken over Christmas period).
