Summary We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holidays Operations Assistants at Thorington Hall, Stoke-by-Nayland and Shermans Hall, Dedham, when it opens.Duration: PermanentHours: 18 hours per week, over 3 days.Salary: £9.90 per hourInternally you will be known as a Holidays Operations Team Leader. What its like to work here To find out more about the cottages visit holidays What youll be doing You will assist the Holidays Operations Manager by providing excellent customer service and ensure that a high standard of housekeeping and presentation standards are achieved. Your role will be vital in recruiting, training and coaching new recruits, alongwith supporting our existing Holidays Operations Assistants.Youll keep an eye on stock levels in the stores and report any equipment shortages or maintenance problems that need addressing. Youll be proactive in reporting changes in the cottages and on site regarding accessibility and will be responsible for completingrisk and compliance checks in order to make sure the cottages are safe for both staff and guests.Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential.You will be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.Please also read the full role profile attached to this advert.
