A new opportunity has arisen for a Class 1 Driver to join a family-run recycling company with over 30 years experience within the industry. This is a specialised role as you will require skip wagon and drag skip wagon experience.HoursMonday - Friday: 7.00am - 4.30pmSaturday: 7.00am - 11.30amOvertime - Time and a half after 45 hours workedResponsibilities and DutiesThe role This is a unique opportunity for a Class 1 Driver who doesnt want to do any long-distance driving to join this well established and expanding company. Your responsibilities will include:Recycling collections for paper, cardboards, confidential waste and plasticsDriving different vehicles including skip wagon & drag skip wagonEnsuring the safe operation of company vehiclesAll-round abilities to include loading and labour workProviding an efficient and effective collection serviceGood general knowledge of areas in and around ManchesterObserving current legislationQualifications and SkillsA Class 1 LicenceExperience of driving a Class 1 wagon and drag vehiclePunctual & reliableAble to organise and prioritiseCPC QualificationRequired licence or certification:CPC Qualification
