Job Description

Digital Project Manager - Colchester - £35,000-£38,000 - Hybrid Cloudscope are supporting a leading marketing agency in Colchester with their newest vacancy, a Digital Project Manager. As a key player in their website development success, the Project Manager reports to the Production Director, focusing on customer serviceand project management. Handling client inquiries, managing digital projects, and maintaining professional relationships are central to the role.Main Duties:

  • Effectively manage client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and identifying commercial benefits.
  • Address CMS issues and provide timely project progress updates diplomatically.
  • Manage risk and opportunity in ongoing projects with proper documentation.
  • Assist in the Projects teams production workload, including documentation and quality assurance.
  • Support the production schedule, ensuring the team is briefed for their workloads.
  • Accurately input client content and handle training requirements promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain key relationships with Sales and Marketing, Online Marketing, and Account Management.
The Candidate:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills (essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (essential).
  • Experience in producing project/programme documentation (nice to have).
  • Previous experience in a digital environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of project management disciplines (Prince2, PMI or similar, preferred).
  • Understanding of development technologies (HTML/CSS, nice to have).
  • Understanding of design and usability standards (nice to have).
