Pure are currently supporting a thriving organisation in the Care sector, with the recruitment Care Manager. This role is similar to an Operational or Business Manager within the Care industry.The role requires strong people and commercial skills and the ability to deliver a customer centric service within a group of care settings in the North Essex area. Applicants will need to be able demonstrate previous management and leadership experience within the Care sector and you will be responsible for giving daily guidance and development of staff and service. The care setting a based in a variety of locations across Colchester, Harwich and Clacton - so applicants must be able to drive.Applicants must also be educated to QCF diploma or NVQ level 2 and have worked in senior or managerial positions within the Care sector.The organisation is a people based organisation with strong values and an inspirational leadership team.
