Job Description

LGV CE HGV Class One driver(s) Required!The Best Connection are currently recruiting for LGV CE HGV Class One driver(s) to work for one of our clients based at Coddington, Newark, Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global distribution company with full training provided. Due to online sales our customer requires 20 new drivers for this depot.Pay and hours of LGV CE HGV Class One driver(s)

  • Days £15 per hour
  • Nights £16 per hours
  • Saturday £18.25
  • Sunday £19.50
    • Hours: Flexible start times around the clock from 0100Location: Coddington, Newark, NottinghamshireDuration: Ongoing, Temp to Perm OpportunitiesOnline registration available for this vacancy.Role of a LGV CE HGV Class One driver(s):
  • Trunking electrical items to NDCs
  • Use of new units and well maintained single and double deck trailers
  • Pre vehicle checks
  • Liaising with Transport office
  • Adhering to Working Time Directive / EU tachograph rules
  • Some pump truck movement of stock at delivery
  • Ensuring paper work finalised
  • Pass DHL assessment or provide Ops35 information if DHL assessed in previous year
