Job Description

We are working in partnership with Walsingham Support, a charity that has been supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs across England and Wales since 1986. They pride themselves on putting the individuals theysupport at the centre of everything that they do enabling them to deliver truly person-centred support solutions that provide independence and happiness.They are seeking two HR Assistants to provide a responsive, professional, and high-quality HR service in all areas of the HR function to enable managers to undertake effective, efficient, and appropriate people management activities. Supporting the developmentand implementation of HR initiatives and systems, being responsible for HR mailbox queries, maintaining HR records, including databases and spreadsheets, updating the HR intranet page, and assisting senior team members with projects and HR initiatives by providingadministrative and organisational support is expected.This is fantastic opportunity for individuals already in the sector, and those looking to crossover into the charity sector. Recent graduates will also be considered. Training will be offered.The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Level 3 NVQ Business Administration or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Experience of working in a generalist human resources or employee relations role across the full range of HR functions would be advantageous.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word and Outlook.
