Reporting to the Deputy General Manager on Duty.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal Restaurant and Bar Supervisor/ Duty Manager will exhibit excellent/ strong customer service skills, they should have experience in opening and closing a business, cashing up and in the running/ management of a samll team of up to 7-9 on shift. Baristatraining will also be an advantage.Hours:Your hours will be based on a 48hr contract 5/7 day basis.
