Job Description

Annual salary: up to £32,041.05 Plaster Coatbridge£32,041.05 per annumFull time – Permanent - 40hrs per week – Monday to FridayIncluding Company vehicle and fuel card plus overtime/call out premiumsDo you want to work for one of the UK’s leading housing and care service providers in the UK Are you somebody who is open to new opportunities, works to achieve high standards and is customer focused If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Plasterer/ Roughcaster to join our repairs and maintenance division.“A desire to make a positive difference wherever we operate has always been at the heart of our business. It was 30 years ago when we were a small maintenance contractor with a single van; and it still is now we are a truly national company”.What the role Involves – Plastering You will primarily be ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction. You will be carrying out tasks including plastering, Maintenance, Refurbishment’s and Building repairs on our client’s properties.

  • Providing high levels of standards to our clients
  • Roughcasting
  • Dealing with clients, colleagues and sub-contractors
  • Preparing and plastering walls
  • Programming and maintaining work within domestic and commercial premises.
About you
  • Previous experience as a Plasterer
  • Ideally previous domestic and social housing experience
  • A relevant plastering qualification
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience with Roughcasting would be ideal.
  • Someone who has tiling experience would be to an advantage.
