This is a great opportunity for an experienced Telephone Account Manager who enjoys a variation of tasks and different challenges daily.If you are an experienced Telephone Account Manager looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.The starting salary for this role will be from £23,500 and will be dependent on experience.You will be working with the Sales Operations Manager, maintaining and identifying your own customer portfolio by defining action plans for customer needs, market share, profitability and potential. This role doesnt have any direct reports; however, you will work very closely with the Sales Advisors.Were looking for a proactive and organised individual who thrives on working collaboratively to meet deadlines. You will need to be able to lead negotiations with potential and existing customers to determine price structures, contract terms and payment conditions. You will also have a good understanding of how to identify customer base and marketplace - competitors, suppliers and customer activity/trends.You will need to be PC literate and have extensive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Project, Visio and Power Point would be Advantageous. The ability to manage and prioritise workload and have strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills.This role will suit a confident, well-organised individual with a good eye for spotting new opportunities and who enjoys engaging with new and existing customers.Ability to quickly build customer rapport and easily establish relationships with customers. Relates well to different types of customer, listens and gets on with them. Able to focus upon customer service and profitability with a pro-active selling approachKey responsibilities for this role;
