Job Description

Supply Chain Planning Manager – FMCGCoalville – 1 day in office, 4 WFH (after training period)8.30am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday£35k DOEDo you have experience of improving stock processes Are you capable of working autonomously in a pivotal role within the supply chain functionAn FMCG business in Coalville is looking to hire a Supply Chain Planning Manager to join the existing team. Working alongside the rest of the function, you’ll be acting as the focal point for improving stock management, forecasting accuracy and process enhancement.This is a great time to join the business as they continue to grow. They also offer excellent flexibility to work from home after the initial 6–8-week training period.Day to day you’d be responsible for:

  • Managing stock holding targets and working with purchasing to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Work alongside operational and sales teams to provide a space requirement forecast and maximise efficiency.
  • Create and manage the critical path for the supply chain function.
  • Lead weekly supply chain planning meetings.
  • Liaise and communicate with various teams within the wider business and supply chain function.
You’ll need to have/be:
  • A good understanding of S&OP principles.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and data analysis.
  • End to end supply chain knowledge.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management experience.
