THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently looking for PA to work for a well established business in the Coalville area supporting the CEO of the business. This position could be full time or part time and is a permanent position. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Diary Management for the CEOCollate monthly management reports and distribute to Board MembersAttend Board meetings, quarterly re-forecast meetings taking minutes, transcribing and distributing as requiredAttend MRC meetings as directed taking minutes or notes as requestedTake dictation of letters, memos, emails and distribute accordinglyMake bookings for travel and hotel requirements as requiredBook meeting rooms for visitors and arrange appropriate refreshmentsPrepare a weekly diary for the Board and distribute accordinglyMonitor CEOs inbox in their absenceAnswer incoming calls and direct accordinglyOccasional travel to attend off site meetingsAny other associated admin tasksEXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: In order to be considered for this position you must have previous PA experience at a senior level, have strong minute taking experience, be able to work well under pressure, be highly organised, have minute taking experience, be IT literate and have an excellenttelephone manner.Macildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
