Job Description

Job Title: General OperativeLocation: Coalville, LE67Pay rate: £10.50 phDays: MondayFriday Shift: 7am3pm Type: Temporary (full time) ongoingStart Date: ASAPWe are hiring for General Operatives to support our client based in Bardon Hill, Coalville, LE67. This is a busy environment, and you will be an important part of this company helping to achieve targets.Duties of a General OperativeYou will be working as part of the production team and will be responsible for:

  • Packing goods ready for despatch
  • Moving the stock around the warehouse
  • Work within a team to ensure the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness and always complies with company and legislative standards.
  • Any other duties as and when required by management.
Skills and experience of a General OperativeAs a General Operative you need have experience with: Excellent time keeping, flexibility with regard to overtime in busy periods Capability to work to performance targets Following H&S rules at site.It would be beneficial to the General Operative role if you are also:
  • Comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 20kg unassisted
  • Happy to stand f Hard-working and motivated or the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
