Theyre currently looking for a CNC Machine Tool Precision Engineer Fitter inCoalville, and the role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.As a CNC Machine Tool Precision Engineer Fitter, you will be working for an established manufacturer of world-class polishing machines in the field of ultra-precision surfaces. Their latest developments use intelligently controlled robot machines to polishcomplex surfaces for a range of diverse and technologically advanced applications across several industry sectors.Examples of day to day activities include:

  • Using precision measuring equipment: TalyVel straightness gauge or equivalents
  • Using optical alignment telescopes
  • Using Renishaw laser and ball-bar testing equipment.
The ideal candidate will have established machine tool fitting experience and the ability to adapt to new technologies and challenges. You will also require the following:
  • Mechanical fitting experience in a relevant industry, and machine tool experience
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to self-start
  • A willingness to solve on the spot technical problems
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment, TalyVel straightness gauge or equivalents.
