Job Description

Page Personnel are actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join a large Retail business based in Nailsea.Client DetailsReporting directly to the Sales Office Manager, the successful Sales Administrator will join a large Retail organisation manufacturing sustainable products, recognised for their positive impact on people and the environment.The working hours are as follows; Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday -Thursday, 08.30am - 4.30pm, office based.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Sales Administrator include:

  • Accurately process customer orders via email and other online platforms using the sales system
  • Actively respond to orders or enquiries for independent and national customers
  • Provide timely support to customers and team
  • Support the team in the management of customer accounts; promptly actioning requests, setup of new accounts, updating customer files,
  • Support in the update of new pricing structures and accurately input into the sales system
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge; proactively seeking further information when necessary
  • Communicate directly with customers with regards to new product data, ensuring accurate input into the sales system to ensure a successful transfer to customer websites and internal data
  • Ensure each customer portal is updated regularly with the correct pricing, product data and imagery
  • Manage reports for inventory and service level
  • Liaise with IT department to automate customer orders
ProfileThe successful Sales Administrator:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
  • Computer literate; ability to use Microsoft packages inclusive of Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
