Job Description

Learning Disabilities - Residential Support Worker£9.50-£11.50 (PAYE) + holiday pay + pension contribution + benefitsZero-hour, part time and full-time hours availableWe are recruiting Support Workers for supported living/residential organisations work alongside permanent staff, on a 1:1 basis or lone working to support individuals within the homes. Depending on the service, different levels of care and support will berequired with various levels of training needed. Often, you may be required to take the individuals out in the community along with supporting them within the home.Ideally you will be a driver, however this is not essential if you are confident in getting around on public transport. To work with us, you will need:
  • 6 months UK paid, hands-on experience OR recently undertaken training (with certificates)
  • To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users

  • Desirable: DBS on the update service
