Job Description

Signature Recruitment are delighted to be working with an events space in north Somerset with the search for an experienced Financial Controller.Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and would love the chance to make their mark.Responsibilities include:

  • Monthly and annual reporting including financial forecasting
  • Management of cash flow
  • Supervision of a small finance team
  • Create and review financial plans and budgets
  • Suggest improvements for accounting systems and cost reduction opportunities

Experience required:
  • Previous experience in a Financial Controller post
  • Cash flow management
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and reporting
  • Able to demonstrate strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
