Development Engineer - ElectricalBristol (North Somerset, South Bristol)£23 to £27 per hour PAYE DOE // £30 to £35 per hour Umbrella DOEContractElectrical Development Engineer sought within a well-established manufacturer who are market leading in their industry. They boast a global presence and are a brand associated with quality.The role will be suited to an experienced electrical development engineer from ANY manufacturing or production background. You will have a solid understanding of product design and product introduction.The electrical development engineer will be responsible for the design and development of new sub-assembly products. Reporting to the senior engineer, you will provide detailed documentation including models, drawings and BOMs.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are true specialists and market leaders in their field. They are a well-respected, progressive manufacturer who supply to a range of industries.The role:*Provide product development support with detailed documentation (BOMs, drawings and models)*Verify designs to meet specific specification and design standards*Design and develop modules / sub-assemblies of new productsThe Development Engineer:*Experience as an electrical engineer from ANY manufacturing or production environment*Experience using 2D and 3D CAD*An understanding of piping and P&IDs is highly advantageous but not essential
