Digital Marketing Executive£22,000Free parkingStaff discounts and benefitsCleckheatonOur client is an established e-commerce business with an excellent reputation and brand. They have some ambitious growth plans in place for the coming year and have a loyal and settled team. An opportunity has arisen for a Creative Content, Social Media & Communications Executive, to work within the busy marketing and e-commerce team. This is a fast-paced environment where the business adapts quickly to meet market demands and the whole team works together to be successful.Key Responsibilities:• Creating and implementing a content marketing plan, in line with the main company marketing campaign plan.• Creating a variety of visual and written content that is engaging and representative of our house styles/brands.• Writing and publishing new blog posts on both of our websites, 3 times per week, with high-quality, written content that is keyword-optimised for SEO.• Monitoring and tracking performance of blog posts on Google Analytics.• Creating engaging and SEO-optimised, written content for new website categories, and updating the written content on all website categories on an annual basis.• Networking with external parties to share content.• Managing all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, creating daily posts, and stories to increase our follower count. This will also include responding to comments and messages efficiently.• Managing and monitoring all aspects of influencer marketing.• Generating and distributing press releases.• Maintaining website categories, including assisting with the changing of category banners to keep the website fresh and current.• Liaising with suppliers to obtain and collate imagery and product information, relevant to our marketing campaigns, keeping it organised in relevant areas, in a shared location.• Keeping a log of your day-to-day workflow and producing a short, monthly report for your Marketing Supervisor, that outlines the content created, analysis of its performance, and any changes to the social media following count.• Any other duties commensurate with the post.Requirements:• 1 Year+ experience in a similar Marketing role.• Must have a degree (or equivalent) in Fashion Marketing, Digital Marketing, or another relevant marketing area.• Excellent time management skills.• The ability to work on your own initiative.• Maths and English GCSE Grade 5+ (or equivalent)• Intermediate-level experience with Adobe Photoshop• Basic experience with Google Analytics• Basic experience with Microsoft Excel• Creative flair• Capable of multitasking and running more than one project at any one time.• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written formats.• The ideal candidate will be highly creative, motivated, friendly, and adaptable with keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Apply in confidence.
