Assistant Headteacher - InclusionL13 - L17Full Time, PermanentIt is an exciting time for Whitcliffe Mount as we seek to build our Senior leadership Team. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant Headteacher who has high aspirations for all and a passion for inspiring and coaching others. Doyou have the skills and vision to support and enhance the operational running of the academy as well as the ability to contribute to the delivery of key strategic prioritiesThis exciting new role within our Senior Leadership Team will develop and drive significant areas within our Pastoral Team including: inclusion (SEND support), SEMH/wellbeing and an Alternative Curriculum. We are looking for a dedicated member of staff,with SEND experience who has the ability to motivate and inspire our students to achieve their best.We are looking to appoint a current or aspiring leader with the dedication to lead the improvement strategy for our most vulnerable learners; someone who is passionate about ensuring an inclusive education for all students, with a commitment to achievinghigh aspirations for all.
