Job Description

W&W Jewellery are seeking a Jewellery Administrator to work with the existing team for a wide ranging role covering Sales, Production & Marketing.The ideal candidate will have some experience in jewellery and an enthusiasm to learn. They will be..

Sales:
  • Maintain day to day studio presentation including displaying the Jewellery Box collection.
  • Manage, develop and prioritise sales enquiries and provide sales support.
  • Provide high standards of client service ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process to support future recommendations including post-sale follow up with clients.
  • Complete valuation documents for all finished items of jewellery.
Production:
  • Enter client data and to maintain client data on an ongoing basis completing a quarterly review of client data.
  • Enter new enquiries.
  • Book out all jobs/items to relevant workshops and suppliers. This includes taking items to the Post Office to be sent Special Delivery when relevant.
  • Book in all jobs/items from relevant workshops and suppliers including processing invoices. Ensure any queries are flagged when booked in.
  • Order products, gemstones and parts for enquiries.
  • Assist with confirming available products, gemstones and parts for enquiries along with associated costs.
  • Work with relevant suppliers/workshops to maintain efficient progress of all production.
  • Undertake filing and shredding of documents.
Marketing:
  • Photograph finished Jewellery for social media and valuations along with photography to document the production of a finished piece of Jewellery.
  • Compile inspiration images relevant for an enquiry and to upload these as a carousel in the client area of our website when relevant along with other relevant images, designs and documents going forward.
  • Organise and maintain all design and image folders especially uploading image of finished items into W&W Final Images folder. This is crucial for effective marketing and also to avoid duplicating work for new enquiries.
General:
  • Answer telephone involving colleagues when relevant and developing client service where possible.
  • Provide high standards of administration with a high level of accuracy.
  • Use and develop IT skills to deliver role efficiently.
  • Keep a smart, tidy and fashionable appearance suitable for client facing position.
  • Treat all sensitive, private or company information as confidential.
  • Take all necessary security measures at all times operating to guidelines provided.
