Graduate Trainee Recruitment ConsultantSalary: £25,000 - £27,000 OTE £45,000.My Client is looking for graduates to begin a financially rewarding career in an exciting, award winning company based in the heart of London. This Graduate Trainee Recruitment role in finance is interviewing now for immediate and summer 2022 starts.The RoleSuccessful Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants will be responsible for

Market mapping, researching the market and clients, candidate screening and carrying out face to face interviews
Attending client meetings to take job briefs, writing job advertisements, and producing weekly and monthly performance reports will also be responsibilities
Being proactive in managing their candidate portfolio from graduate entry level through to C-level as well as looking for new opportunities for candidate attraction.
Business development as a graduate recruitment consultant for the benefit of both themselves and the company.

For this Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant Position, we are looking for graduates who can prove they meet the following criteria:

2.2 degree or above from a top university in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written skills
Resilience, hard work and genuine money motivation
Confident, bright and articulate
