Call & email property managers, tenants, and clients to book in job requests
Understand engineers skills ad trades to increase productivity
Update eWorks with user friendly descriptions, covering all points to provide engineers with accurate information to complete jobs
Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective clients
Establish, develop, and maintain business and customer relationships
Cold calling potential customers
Co-ordinate sales effort with team
Achieve sales targets
Create and implement marketing campaigns
Analyse and chase outstanding quotes
Track growth of client base
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

What wed like from you

Experience in a property maintenance company desirable but not essential
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Ability to multi-task
Negotiation, listening, and presentation skills
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
Exceptional math skills
Self-motivated personality
Attention to detail
Organisation and time management skills
