Your empathy and warmth will enable you to support vulnerable children aged 7-18 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH). Thismeans that the Children we care for may have experienced challenging or traumatic upbringings and may have difficulties with anxiety, mental health or in some cases self-harm.Meadow House is based on a farm, which gives our young people plenty of space to have fun outside. We cater for both boys and girls, aged between 9 and 18 years old.This home is part of a cluster of homes and is within commutable distance from Bath, Keynsham.
