Job Description

One Ten Associates, are delighted to be partnering with an elite Barristers Chambers. Bringing to the market this busy and varied, extremely fulfilling vacancy for a credible and dedicated Operations professional.With plenty of exposure across the whole firm you will be dealing with a full range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be resourceful, able to think and act effectively, efficiently and with a real solution based mindset.Overseeing staff and getting the best out of people will be another quality you have and will of course be able to evidence at interview.Typical duties will include but arent limited to:

  • Dealing with various trades, members and employees to ensure the Chambers is presented to and functions to the highest standards.
  • Dealing with day to day health and safety issues.
  • Organising and dealing with office moves and equipment logistics.
  • Managing Front of House and Security.
  • Cataloguing and tagging of library books and ordering books.
  • Ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
To be suitable for this role you will ideally come from an operational, facilities, or office management background and you will have ideally worked in a fast paced smaller firm with full exposure to the whole business and busy fee generating staff. IOSHManaging Safely Certificate is highly advantageous as well as A level education as a minimum.
