My client one of the worlds leading manufacturer and supplier of seating solutions Arenas and Auditoriums is looking for a Specification Professional to that has sound experience and a track record in promoting FF&E products to Architects and Consultants.The position would demand applicants with a track record within Furniture / Interiors sector and be familiar with working closely with key decision-making and highly influential Architects and Consultants in some of the most prestigious and well-recognisedpractices in Central London.You will need to be nurturing historic architectural/consultant relations and developing new opportunities, to succeed in this role you will need to exhibit strong business development skills, strong planning and communication skills accompanied by a strongbusiness development acumen whilst having the drive, resilience and focus to deliver results in line with the clients accelerated growth plan.Key Accountabilities:To promote the specification of group company products and open doors for group company sales teams and assist within a lengthy sales cycle process mindful of short-, medium- and long-term conversion timelines.To maintain an accurate CRM live list of projectsTo actively promote the brand and service proposition through targeted and timely outbound marketing, advisory/educational support, and use of market intelligence resources, as well as industry and in-house events to develop and convert qualified leads/enquiries.To maintain and report on a monthly call plan including a relevant summary of key objectives and outcomes, ensuring support colleagues have suitable planning time for deliverables.To maintain and develop a proficient level of industry, company and product knowledge to support the delivery of expert consultative service to their target audience.To prepare for and attend internal planning and progress reviews from time to time and be able to constructively support continuous improvement initiatives.To report against sales key performance indicators accurately and on time. To include, sales calls/lead conversion, project pipeline quantity/value changes, new and focus product initiatives, competitor activity, customer feedback and price management.To support brand standards and showroom utilisation befitting a prestigious brand and client base. Contributing to a healthy, safe and inspiring work/hosting destination.To deliver sales opportunities in line with or exceeding the Groups annual plan.Professional Skills & Experience:Proven experience in hunting, specifying, managing and securing, Seating, Furniture or related productsUnderstanding of the commercial parameters.Comprehensive understanding of FF&E and display a passionate persona towards sustainability and its importance in the workplace.Minimum 5-year Seating /Furniture / Workplace OR very closely aligned interior furnishings sales experience.i.e. Floor Coverings, Fabrics & Textiles, Upholstery, Wallpaper, Wallcoverings etcEstablished and proven client base and professional contacts with Key London A&D practicesIf you have the above experience within FF&E products have some good interior design / Architect contacts and have at least 4 year experience in a client facing position and the ability to make commercial decisions then this position may well be your idealmove.Salary up to 62k basicWorking from home with the ability to travel to the Central London showroom when needed
