Salary: Competitive Salary & BenefitsGrade: 3AReporting Line: Product Director, Foreign Exchange Travel & International PaymentsContract Type: PermanentLocation: Wood Street, LondonClosing Date: 7th March 2024What to expectYou will be working closely alongside other senior leaders in the Commercial team and across the business to help implement the purpose and strategy. As a Senior Trading and Performance Manager, you will be responsible for performance analysis and optimisationacross all channels.   • Experience of working at a senior level in a high-pressured Trading environment in a complex portfolio business with conflicting priorities and challenging budgets
  • Data and process-driven, able to bring rigour to the sales function with a programmatic approach. This will be coupled with strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Proven delivery of P&L and key company performance financial targets
  • Ability to succinctly, decisively, and accurately present trend and performance commentary to senior stakeholders and leaders
  • Proven influencing skills with leadership, peers, colleagues, teams, particularly cross-functions (e.g. Group Retail, Marketing, Digital)
  • Strong background in producing data and trend analysis across multiple data sets, identifying MI errors and cleansing data to ensure confidence in output
  • Demonstrable experience in management of multiple stakeholders and delivering products through multiple channels, provided by various product partners as well as wholly owned propositions
  • An excellent communicator with strong numeracy and decision-making skills
  • Experience in working in a regulated business
  • Knowledge of the Global/UK Travel Money industry products and services
