A fantastic opportunity to join a growing and highly dynamic MGA within their Delegated Authorities team as a Senior Delegated Authority Technician.You will have line management responsibilities for six employees, ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met and addressing errors and areas for additional training promptly.Youll be responsible for developing and maintaining monthly MI for written, , Claims and Aged Debt by each business unit.Along with interacting with external stakeholders, including carriers, service providers and local offices, with ad hoc travel.As the business grows youll have real opportunity to progress, with the ability to make improvements to processes and bring about change, putting your own stamp on the role.It is essential you have experience dealing with high volumes of bordereaux processing, coupled with strong Excel. Along with prior experience working with internal developers.Youll also have knowledge of Lloyds reporting standards. Required skills
