Reed Human Resources- London & City are looking to recruit a HR Operations Manager (Project Lead)on a 12-month FTC.You will be required to undertake several projects to be introduced and completed within their financial year 2024-2025.As the HR Operations Manager, you will guide on best practices and contribute to continuous improvement whilst overseeing the HR function in the Head Office in London. The function mainly provides support to London employees in two locations. This role works closely with the HR Director for the EMEA region (who is not based in London), the role therefore has a great degree of autonomy to manage and improve the services. On occasion, as the HR Operations Managers, you will act in the capacityof “trusted adviser” and “lead collaborator” for the EMEA HR Leads (a recent example of this is compensation benchmarking as a global project). You will have a “can do” mindset and understand the evolution of the HR function, and how HR operations should adapt to add value to a business. The ideal candidate should be MCIPD or have a degree in Human Resources Management or related field along with relevant work experience in a senior-level position, ideally with exposure to working with overseas subsidiaries, with global parent company reportingrequirements.Responsibilities
