Job Description

Change Management LeadLondon£80,000 - £90,000 + Bonus & benefitsThe CompanyDue to continued growth and success, this international law firmhas an exciting opportunity for a Change Management Lead to join them. Having also won an award for Best Law Firm for LegalTech, we are now delighted to support the recruitment of a Change Management Lead to lead the firms change management capability in order to successfully embed a centre of excellence for change management across the change team and firm as a whole.Key Responsibilities of the Change Management Lead

  • Accountability for defining and embedding a change management centre of excellence across the firm, including associated methodologies and approaches that are fit for purpose for the companyResponsibility for advising the Director of Change and the InternationalChange Board on any portfolio wide opportunities or risks associated with change management
  • Accountability for the design, development and implementation of change management activities required to ensure the entire portfolio of change is able to deliver successfully
  • Taking ownership of a portfolio wide change impact assessment
  • Providing advice on amends on the phasing, timing & shape of the integrated portfolio roadmap to give it the best chance of successful delivery
  • Individual ownership of change management activities on specific programmes and projects as determined by business need
  • Acting as an advisor on best practice and ambassador for change management across the firm
Skills & Attributes of the Change Management Lead
  • Proven experience of shaping and delivering complex change management steams for transformation programmes with client-centric mindset
  • Change Management (e.g. PROSCI) qualifications preferred
  • Experience within the professional services or legal sector
  • Experience in defining and implementing a structured methodology to deliver change management activities, including conducting change impact assessments and developing change management strategies
  • A focus on delivering tangible business outcomes, with a clear view for how change fits in to the broader business agenda
  • Ability to manage and influence a complex stakeholder landscape (including c-suite level) in order to successfully deliver sustainable change
  • The ability to build and manage a high performing team and to create a sense of community amongst the often disparate members of the project teams
  • Previous line management experience would be an advantage but is not essential
