Job Description

Senior BD Marketing Executive – Magic Circle – Legal exp ess £70,000 - £75,000City – hybrid A fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced BD Marketer with a background in the Legal sector to join a Magic Circle Law firm in the City. You will devise and implement BD and Marketing strategies to increase the companies profile within Dispute Resolution specifically. Working closely with Partners, the Head of BD and Marketing, and external agencies to deliver innovative ideas. This role would suit someone with 3-5 years proven experience looking to take a step up and challenge themselves in an autonomous role where you will have the ability to make the role your own and continue creative ideas. The Role:

  • Devise and implement BD plans for the Dispute Resolution practice and drive strategic initiatives
  • Identify and manage campaigns to help grow the companies profile within the DR market
  • Budget management including assessment of cost vs benefit of all BD activity
  • Act as a point of contact for pitches and bids
  • Work with the firm’s PR agency and other third parties to collaborate on marketing and communication plans
  • Support the Director of Strategy and Marketing in regularly reporting to the Executive Board against firmwide KPI’s and BD activity
  • Drive and implement improvements in the firms pitching and credentials effectiveness
Essential requirements:
  • 3-5 years proven experience within a Senior BD Marketing role within a Legal firm
  • Confident leader with the ability to work strategically and operationally
  • Passionate, creative and driven
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to bring fresh ideas in line with business goals and market trends
  • Resilient and tenacious approach to delivery and quality of output
  • Excellent project management skills
