Job Description

Purpose of the RoleThe main priorities of this role include ensuring the safety of the public, residents, and staff at 250 City Road as well as providing excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and clients with welcome greetings and a positive attitude.Key Responsibilities

  • The main priorities of this role include ensuring the safety of the public and staff at 250 City Road
  • You will be dealing and interacting with the public, and contractors responding to their inquiries when you can therefore it is important that you are comfortable communicating both confidently and helpfully.
  • The role involves conducting internal/external patrols
  • Meeting and greeting residents and clients, and making sure contractors are smoking in designated areas.
  • Keeping an eye on general housekeeping of external areas and reporting to the housekeeping team.
  • Act as a first-line response to activations & incidents or fault reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all H&S training and actively engage in pro-active safety measures to include active identification and reporting of any Health and Safety hazards or mechanical fault/failures noted.
  • Respond to any site-related incidents and ensure completion of appropriate Incident reports and compliance with escalation processes
  • Operate CCTV systems to include reviewing active imagery, and downloading, saving, and distributing only in line with GDPR regulation
  • Provide CCTV controller relief breaks/ covering control room when required
  • Detect and deter any threats in or around our building
  • Reporting damages to the FM team.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Excellent communication and awareness skills
  • Experience in working in a similar role
  • Positive approach to learning in the role and identifying own training needs as appropriate
