Job Description

Today we employ over 6,000 people across North America, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, India and Asia Pacific.The opportunityBe a part of our programme management consultancy business that spans our five global hubs, where you can oversee work for world leading organisations across the public and private sectors.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and assuring the delivery of the capital projects through the business systems and tools (e.g. SAP, P6, MS project) throughout the project or programme lifecycle.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of accurate programme and project baselines (cost and schedule) of a capital programme.
  • Providing information on the cost and schedule performance of the programme to the head of their delivery office.
  • Assuring the schedules and cost data from the contracting partners.
  • Quality-checking of the cost data and milestone integrity across the systems.
  • Providing any appropriate challenges for non-financial information.
  • Attending project reviews to challenge the data provided by delivery teams for the value of work done (VOWD), offer planning, project, programme and delivery managers early insight into the numbers reported.
    • About you
  • With a relevant degree qualification.
  • Experience as a project manager, financial controller or senior analyst with proven delivery experience, ideally with regulatory reporting experience gained in a commercial or project controls environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 reporting products.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP and planning software (Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project).
  • Very strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Background in assure system data integrity and alignment with current governed or change decision correcting where identified.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills in writing and orally.
