Job Description

Today we employ over 6,000 people across North America, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, India and Asia Pacific.The opportunityBe a part of our programme management consultancy business that spans our five global hubs, where you can oversee work for world leading organisations across the public and private sectors.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing programme management office (PMO) performance and reporting services to the capital delivery organisation.
  • Providing rigour and challenge through the assurance of data (financial and non-financial) and to project teams in the production of assured management information in the form of dashboards and balanced scorecards. Managing the provision and assurance of data and information employed to assess and to forecast performance across capital delivery.
  • Enforcing the standards, templates, tools and reporting timetable issued by the head of reporting and control.
  • Ensuring consistency in information and performance insight across the entire capital delivery office for onward reporting to the board and executive.
  • About you
  • With a relevant degree qualification.
  • With a membership of a professional project management body e.g. APM, Practitioner MSP, Prince2, P3O, PPSO or ITIL.
  • Previous relevant capital programme, change management and PMO experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and planning software utilisation skills including BI platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.
  • High standard of verbal and written English.
  • Ability to work to deadlines with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to apply PMO tools and techniques and/or data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work flexibly when required - many projects are site-based, you will be required to travel across the region to validate project data and current status of work achieved and attend or hold workshops and meetings.
