Job Description

PA to DirectorsEducation sectorLondon office based£35,000 - £38,000 + Excellent benefitsPermanentWe have an exciting opportunity for as PA within the Educations sector. As PA you will be supporting the Director of People, Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Operating Officer. The role will include administrative support, diary management, HR meetingcoordination, and assistance with the Project Management Office function. The successful candidate will have previous PA/administrative experience, Strong communication skills both written and oral and good teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office and StrongIT Skills are essential.Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Directors including diary management, arranging HR meetings, preparing HR documents, and minute taking.
  • Supporting the launch of new systems and processes
  • Maintaining dashboards and producing reports
  • Coordination of internal events and workshops
  • Assisting with research and analysis for project reports and presentations
  • Minute taking from meetings
  • Stepping in to cover for other administrative staff such as reception duties or for events.
Skills and experience required:
  • Good general level of education
  • Experience/knowledge of an academic education environment.
  • Previous experience in a secretarial/administrative role undertaking duties
  • such as the drafting of correspondence and communications, diary management,
  • organisation and maintenance of confidential filing systems, and liaison with
  • external contacts in support of organisational objectives.
  • Experience of working as part of a team to meet challenging deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel spreadsheets, MS Teams and use of
  • databases
  • Excellent written communication skills in order to compose correspondence and
  • minutes of meetings.
