About the Role: As an entry level recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:
  • Cold calling to win new business
  • Writing adverts
  • Screening CVs
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Negotiating terms of business
  • Maintaining successful client relationships
  • Hitting targets and celebrating your success each month!
The Rewards:
  • £25k salary plus uncapped commission, with an initial set fee per placement of £250 and a percentage scale when you are promoted.
  • The opportunity to relocate to either New York or Singapore in the future.
