Age UK has another exciting new opportunity! We are recruiting for a motivated Network Learning and Development Manager to lead on the delivery of Learning and Development for our network of local Age UK and national partners, so that they can deliver high quality services to older people in their localities. The successfulcandidate will support the 130+ local Age UK and local Age Cymru partners in England and Wales, as well as Age UK nationally and our national partners in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.As Network Learning and Development Manager, youll have a pro-active, strategic, and ambitious approach, with a strong background in learning system administration. Working as part of the Learning & Development and Wellbeing Team, youllidentify training and development needs across the network, strategize and plan creative L&D projects to set timelines, and use your digital L&D expertise to develop and manage our online learning platform. All whilst building strong stakeholder relationsacross the Age UK Group, and ensuring all projects are in line with the implementation of the Age UK Network Quality Assurance Framework.This is a hybrid opportunity, a blend of home-based and office working. Our linked office for this role is in London and you would be expected to attend the office at least once a month; as well as attending external events and visiting our brand partnerlocations when necessary.We will be actively interviewing throughout the advertising period; early application is highly recommended.
