Membership Engagement OfficerMembership BodyLondon office based with a blend of home and office working (Hybrid)Basic Salary Up to £33,920 with benefits including 26 Days Holiday Full Time, Permanent Closing date: Midnight on Monday 29 January 2024Our client a well-respected and reputable membership body based in Central London is currently looking for a Membership Engagement Officer.The Role of Membership Engagement Officer The Membership Engagement Officer works collaboratively as part of the wider Membership team, focused on delivering a seamless member journey and experience through everything we do at the Institute.The role involves assisting the Membership Engagement Manager in delivering the Institute strategic membership engagement plan; promoting the value of the institute membership to current and potential members, employers and key stakeholders; and understanding the member journey and touchpoints to deliver an exceptional member experience to maximise retention and recruitment. Member contact will be a priority, communicating member feedback to help inform the work that enters our engagement plan and activities.A team player, you will have excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.Experience & QualificationsEssentialExperience of working within the membership team of a membership organisationExperience supporting stakeholder engagement plans and activitiesExperience of supporting successful membership recruitment and retention campaignsExperience of working cross-functionally, internally, and externally, and to secure resources and support from colleagues in other departments.Experience of supporting high quality, customer-centric, membership journeys and experienceKnowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and how they apply to the roleDesirable Knowledge of multi-channel marketing including social media, email, website, and other channelsExperience of working with external suppliers and agenciesExperience of analysing statistical dataExperience of working with or supporting committees of volunteersTo apply to this role please send your CV.Due to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
