Our client, an independently owned Lloyds insurance broker, is looking to recruit an Insurance Technician to join their International Marine team.The role will include preparing client documents on all Marine Hull classes of businessThe roles involves:- Preparation of Cover Notes, Evidence of Cover, Addenda and letters of undertaking.- Set up of policies using Eclipse and in-house systems.- Calculating premium and maintaining spreadsheets.- Processing premium and issuing debit / credit notes.- Liaising with clients and Underwriters.- Working with business partners both internal and external to resolve any issues or problems.- Attend regular team meetings.Candidates will be required to have the ability to produce documents accurately with high attention to detail and be able to create calculation schedules on Excel using simple formula.You will possess excellent time management skill and ideally have experienceworking within a Marine Insurance environment.
