Maintenance Plumber City of London £40,000 - £45,000Are you a fully qualified and commercially experienced plumber looking to take the next step in your careerWe are currently looking for a maintenance plumber to work with one of the largest building service providers in the UK, to assist in maintaining high end, prestigious commercial properties. In exchange, you will be part of a team of professional engineers,gain more experience in the commercial environment and have the opportunity to progress further in your career with additional training.The role will include carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance and remedial works within the property, working on a fixed timetable from Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM). The successful candidate will have previous experience in the commercial environment, the relevantqualifications (City and Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent) and have a good all round knowledge of building service maintenance.Duties:* PPM and Reactive Maintenance* Plumbing duties - Taps, Valves, Toilets, Pipes and Leaks* Water Treatment - Legionella awareness, chemical dosing, TMVs, Dead leg removal, Flushing, Cooling towers and tap temperatures* MHVR/FCU systems * Heat interface unit (HIU) maintenance* Underfloor heating maintenance * Boiler maintenance * General maintenance dutiesRequirements:* City and Guilds Level 2 in Heating and Ventilation / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualifications* Prior experience in building service maintenance in a commercial environment (3 years minimum)* Very client facing* Driven and self motivated Salary + Benefits:* £40,00 - £45,00 per annum* Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)* 25 days holiday + bank holidays* Company pension scheme* Overtime available* Additional training provided * Great opportunity to progress internally If you would like to know more information about the role at hand, please apply with an updated CV and contact details.
