Purpose of the RoleThe site is a Residential Property where you will be required to provide an excellent level of service and team building, not to mention customer service and support to the properties Residents, visitors, tenants, contractors and in-house staff. As a PrimeResidential site, the standards are set high every day with an expectation to amaze the residents and the client.The role is working internally and keeping loading bay area and car park area clean at all times but more than that, this role is very much the face of 250 City Road. As the face of development, the role comes with an outstanding uniform and benefits froma training package second to none in Savills. The person will be expected to assist residents, visitors and members of the public with any queries. The Loading Bay staff, the Housekeeping staff, the Concierge staff and the Security staff need to work togetherand this is a must for this role.Receive and record all deliveries, maintain a hygienic working environment, and ensure equipment and structures are adequately cleaned.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving and logging all deliveries
