Job Description

Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (Java SDET) - Leading Global FinTechSalary - £100k + generous benefits packageLocation - hybrid flexibility with 2 days in state-of-the-art office per weekDo you remain current with the ever-changing developments in the technology industry Are you a fastidious SDET with extensive experience in Java programmingI am partnered with a London based FinTech who have been front-runners in their field of electronic message-archiving for over a decade. They require an experienced Lead SDET who encompasses hands-on Core Java coding and Automation testing skills with toolssuch as Selenium and Cucumber, as well as API experience. Your position as Lead SDET will form an extension of the Engineering team.As a Lead SDET, you will be:

  • Designing and executing scrupulous tests on software production
  • Recording all testing action that is implemented by you and your team in weekly reports
  • Collaborating with the technical support team to test bugs, create bug reports and manage fix programs
  • Ensure the quality of products has been adequately tested upon final stage release
Technical experience required: Core Java, Microservices, Big Data (Hadoop, Kafka), Cucumber, Selenium, APIs, Spring, Multithreading and AWS, GCP, Microsoft AzureSome of the brilliant benefits you will enjoy as a Lead SDET:
