* Financial Services experienced Finance Manager* Immediate Start for 3-4 Months £400 per day inside IR35, Hybrid* Management Accounts, General Lgr systems install, Staff ManagementAn established but newly PE backed Insurance Brokerage with ambitious growth plans are seeking a Financial Services experienced Finance Manager for an Immediate start for 3-4 months.This hybrid working Interim role can pay £400 per day inside IR35 & will need someone on no notice who can hit the ground running in a varied and Hands On role, typical within an SME sized business.You will work closely with a newly appointed FC & CFO to implement a new General Ledger system and get the Management Accounts back on track whilst ensuring the missing Financial Controls are brought up to speed. The PE firm have 6 or so acquisitions lined up so you must be used to a changing and fast paced environment, PE backed environments ideal.* Assist with the preparation of monthly Management Information Pack, including; P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow together with insightful commentary into relevant variances against plan* Preparation of key information for lodgement of VAT returns* Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations including; accruals, prepayments and accrued income* Responsible for ensuring bank reconciliations are processed to ensure accurate cash reporting across all bank accounts including foreign currency accounts
