This is an exciting opportunity to deliver some transformational change to the way we run our business and deliver our services. You will work and liaise with our IT technical and application community, including wider delivery partners to design, support, implement and transition the technology support solutions.You will take the lead in ensuring the overall performance of our existing environment. You will oversee a number of service-related changes and projects. You will support the implementation of processes and standards that help us get the best out of our environments while staying compliant with our security and regulatory compliance standards. You will develop performance monitoring and reporting that will help us plan for future capacity demands and the design and maintenance of a roadmap of future development and investment.Reporting to the head of IT infrastructure you will be required to diagnose and complete daily escalations as and when required as well as supporting the development of strategic plans for immediate and future projects.Your responsibilities will include:
