Growing US law firm is looking to hire a new HR Coordinator:Hybrid – 3 days in the office£45,000 with flexibilityGreat exposure available to ER issuesOne of the best US law firms in London with an HR team of 7 in size is looking to hire a new HR Coordinator to work directly with the HR Manager, this is a brilliant opportunity to work in a very fast-paced team where the ceiling of the role is ‘open ended’as this firm and Manager will want you to grow and grow as you deliver and gain more experience – being a true number 2!Ideally looking for candidates who already have ER experience and are able to confidently and capably take on the generic HR tasks and responsibilities with accuracy and swiftness plus has the gravitas to work directly with Partners and Senior Stakeholderswith HR queries, this HR Coordinator role is the all in one position where you take on HR duties, ER responsibility, Business Services recruitment, Talent Development and anything else that may arise including project work.HR Coordinator Duties will include:Assisting with pre-employment processes including drafting offer documents, immigration processes, relocation arrangements, pre-employment screening, induction and orientation programmes;Assisting with all on-boarding processes for new hires including maintaining the new joiner tracker, organizing orientation schedules and new hire administration;Monitoring key dates, including start, probation and leave dates, parental leave and other leave of absence, and drafting relevant documents associated with these;Utilizing DocuSign to send and manage documents electronically;Assisting with leaver processes including scheduling exit interviews;Providing support to the TM (HR) Manager in respect of employee relations matters;Supporting benefits and payroll administration where required;Supporting London partners with attorney secondment arrangements with key clients;Assisting TM Manager in respect of preparation and delivery of programmes for Wellness Week, Mental Health Awareness week and other ‘Talent’ initiatives;Work with the global D&I team, local partners and personnel to support ED&I programmes and initiatives in the London office;Maintaining accurate records and keeping all HR systems up to date, working with the US administration team where required;Handling additional TM projects as assigned;Working with the Talent team to assist with scheduling candidate interviews for both staff and attorney hires as directed;Utilize the Talent Acquisition portal and ensure that it is kept up to date;Assisting with development and monitoring of spreadsheets and databases for hiring processes and generating reports needed to track activities and manage office headcountAssisting with learning & development programming for attorneys and staff;Supporting local development record-keeping including learning accreditations, certifications, permits, returns and compliance reporting requirements;Supporting local performance management processes for attorneys and staff including performance approvals, reports and scheduling and tracking performance meetings.HR Coordinator Candidates need to be degree educated, have 2/3 years’ experience from working within HR at a law firm, one where you have had exposure of working with Partners and have numerous touching points at the firm. Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pmwith a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
