Position: HNW/UHNW Development ExecutiveLocation: London / HybridSalary: £70,000 - £100,000+ +bonus / benefitsThe client is a prestigious international Lloyds broker with a rich legacy of providing exceptional insurance services. As part of our continuous growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HNW (High Net Worth) Account Executive / DevelopmentExecutive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a thriving organisation, working with some of the most distinguished clients in the UHW/HNW space.The OpportunityAs an HNW Account Executive / Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our UK retail HNW book. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing client relationships within the high-net-worth segment. You will workclosely with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities, leveraging your industry connections and providing unparalleled service to our valued clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring the highest level of service.
  • Book Growth: Develop and expand the HNW book of business through strategic prospecting, client referrals, and leveraging existing connections.
  • Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments, sharing insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all client interactions adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance standards.
