Job Description

A PLC manufacturing business is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to join their lean and high-performing Group Finance team. Reporting into a dynamic Group FC, this is a broad and challenging role offering various progression routes.As the business continues to grow, an ambitious individual who is able to work autonomously is sought to take on the following key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of all processes for half and full-year external reporting requirements for both the Group and the PLC entity
  • Month-end close coordination across the group, including key balance sheet reconciliation reviews and controls documentation
  • Providing technical accounting advice to group entities
  • Ensuring the quality of the output of regional finance teams
  • Reporting to the Board on a periodic basis
Candidates will likely have begun their career in an audit environment, and will either be seeking their first industry move or will be in a group reporting role seeking a step up. Big 4 is not essential, but a nice to have as is experience or preparingor auditing PLC accounts. Any exposure to the manufacturing sector or experience of Anaplan will be looked upon very favourably.A generous compensation package, hybrid working (3 days in the office) and career development opportunities are on offer.
