Job Description

A boutique recruitment agency that has doubled its revenue for the last two years in a row is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in London. They specialise in placing senior tech and transformation candidates into financial services, legal andinsurance sectors, and have a strong focus on developing graduates into leadership positions.They currently have a team of around 20, with plans to double the headcount in the next 18 months – including an international expansion to New York planned later this year. You will be working from the Central London office 3 days per week, with 2 days perweek from home. The successful Consultant will receive a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, with a year 1 OTE of £40,000 - £45,000.As Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a delivery consultant capacity where you only focus on understanding the candidates in your space (first 9 months).
  • Building a niche candidate network and starting to build trusted relationships
  • Engaging with clients and managing the hiring process from start to finish alongside one of the more senior consultants
  • Supporting candidates and clients with salary and contract negotiations
  • Starting to build relationships with new and existing clients across key verticals – finance, legal and insurance
We’re looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant with:
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Basic technical understanding
  • The ability to take on and retain important information
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
