Graduate Recruitment Consultant- Fast track Career progression £35K

  • Starting salary: £23,000 + uncapped commission
  • Year 1: £35,000 OTE, Year 2: £55,000 OTE, Year 3: £80,000+ OTE

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Responsibilities
  • Finding and placing professional talent into the specialist servicemarkets.
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients to win their business and headhunt appropriate candidates in the specialised market.
  • Extensive training in industry knowledge, trained by a dedicated Learning and Development Manager with an individually tailored training programme offered to all graduates.
  • Networking and understanding business development to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and being able to consultant on the best results for all parties when placing a candidate within a role.
  • Offering the best opportunities for candidates and managing the process throughout until offer stage and beyond.
