This is your chance tokick-start your career and join leading Claims professionals in this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Claims Management: Learn the ropes of opening, maintaining, and closing claim files as directed by Syndicate Managers and Executives.Coordination with Service Providers: Gain hands-on experience by instructing third-party service providers according to managerial directives.Financial Processing: Get involved in processing claim reimbursements, fee payments, and recovery within authorized limits, following company procedures.Negotiation and Investigation: Develop negotiation skills and investigate routine claims within defined authority levels, adhering to Club Rules and company procedures.General Assistance: Provide support on claims handling issues and contribute to identifying loss prevention needs.Communication: Sharpen your communication skills by composing accurate and professional business correspondence and responding to telephone inquiries.Documentation: Learn the importance of prompt and accurate filing of all correspondence related to claim files or assigned work.Continuous Improvement: Contribute your fresh perspective to the ongoing development of company procedures and systems.Support to Underwriting Teams: Provide valuable support to Underwriting teams as required.Relationship Building: Play a role in promoting positive relationships between the Club and Members for whom the Claims team is responsible.Professional Development: Seize the chance to attend training sessions and enhance your knowledge and skills.Experience Required:
